Screens, Plates & Films

Screens, plates and films are one time charges. We will have them available for reruns for a period of 1 year from the last order. If screens or plates are not used for 12 months, Diamond Screen Process reserves the right to dispose off or reclaim them at its own discretion. We do not release the screens or plates for outside use or storage under any conditions. Note: DSP does not keep screens used for coroplast signs or any other signs or products, when the screen cost is built into individual unit price (in those cases, the screens or plates are reclaimed or disposed off after the job is done) In order to avoid repeating screen/plate charges, the order for same product must be placed at least once a year (every 12 months).

Shipping

All shipping charges are additional. We ship UPS, FedEx, messenger service or provide LTL if required for larger quantities.

Artwork/Computer Work

There is no charge for art/computer work if you supply camera-ready artwork. Required format is AI, EPS, CDR or PDF - vector/line art with all fonts outlined or converted to curves or high resolution bitmap images for 1 color printing only. Usability of provided art/file will be determined on individual order bases. If you require custom artwork, our experienced staff will be happy to prepare it at a cost of $75.00/hr. All art files should be sent to sales@diamondscreen.net or provided on the portable media. Halftone images will be printed at 55 or 65 lpi (TBD). If you are mailing any files, please include a proof/sample prints and files saved on a CD disc or portable media.

Custom Color Match

We have a wide range of standard colors available in many lines of ink for plastic, metal, paper, glass surfaces, but if you need a special PMS color match, it is also available for an additional charge of $45.00. Due to the inherent properties in various materials and limited availability of standard colors, we cannot guarantee exact color match. We reserve the right to come up with closest match possible to specified PMS color. If the color match is critical, please request a proof of matched color for approval before production run. It must be tested on exact product/surface used in following production order.

If you provide camera-ready copy, check copyrights. We can not accept legal responsibility for reproducing copyrighted material. Please make sure your copy meets all the federal and state requirements.

Production Times

Normal production schedules are noted on every custom quote and cover the time after art approval to the day shipped, barring any unforeseen circumstances

Prices

We regret that due to the rising cost of materials, inks and other items beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are good for 30 days and are FOB our dock.

Payment Terms

All orders placed by new customers are COD and may require a prepayment. The payment/deposit terms will be determined based on individual orders. Open credit accounts (Net30) are available for customers with good commercial credit. To apply for Net30 account, please send us a request using our Contact Us page.

Material Requirements

Diamond Screen Process, Inc. will provide (if requested) stack material for typical plastic or metal orders and will take full responsibility for quality and quantity of material. We will also work with material provided by our customers under following conditions: Material must be clean and ready for printing process (no special cleaning, degreasing or washing is calculated in standard pricing) Material must be provided in sufficient quantity. Diamond Screen Process, Inc. reserves the right to utilize up to 10% of material for set up and registration, depending on a nature of an individual order. Extra material requirement will be specified at the time of quotation. Material must be provided in correct size and shape
