Flat plastic signs and banners are printed on daily basis at Diamond Screen. From simple one color, one side directional sign to full, 4 color processes with clear coat lightbox insert, we can handle it all. We process any size order from just few pieces to thousands of pieces production runs.

Diamond Screen is equipped with high speed flatbed screen printing presses that can process any paper, plastic, metal or glass sign up to 30" x 46" with a speed of up to 750 impressions/hr. Larger sizes can be processed at lower speed. Depending on customer requirements, we can use either UV or solvent based inks. We also have a large variety of standard colors available in almost 20 different lines of ink for different applications. Need a custom color match? Not a problem. We match all the required PMS colors, including special effect metallic, fluorescent, phosphorescent,transparent and many others.

Need a label? No problem. We can help you with that. On our flatbed screen printing process we can run any pressure sensitive material, static cling, magnet or polycarbonate overlay up to 30" X 46" with a speed of up to 750 impressions/hr. Single or double sided yard signs printed on fluted Coroplast are one of our specialties. We stack 24" X 18" blanks on the floor at all times for immediate production but we can run any size up to 48" X 96". All we need from you is the artwork file. Don't have one? No problem. Our art department will create one for you - and we'll even do a simple layout free of charge (with order). Need a more advanced sign? We can help you with that as well for an additional charge.

If you need a large quantity of vinyl banners, Diamond Screen is the way to go. From simple 1 sided indoor informational, promotional banner to full color, full bleed outdoor, reinforced banners – we can handle it all.
